Hon. Laoshe is a Chartered Insurance Broker and one of the leading insurance professionals in Nigeria with extensive experience in all areas of insurance – Oil & Gas, Property, Pecuniary, Transportation, Engineering, and Casualty – spanning 32 years.
His career started with an underwriting appointment in the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria, NICON, in 1980 where he was a leading member of the team that created the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation, NAIC. Thereafter, he moved to the insurance broker sector starting with Hogg Robinson Nigeria, 1986 – 88, after which he joined Fidelity Bond of Nigeria, 1989 – 98. He left Fidelity Bond of Nigeria as Managing Director to take part in national politics.
Hon Laoshe has proven accomplishments in managing complex risks, such as the NNPC, Nigeria LNG, Nigeria Airways, and several industrial portfolios, usually as lead broker.
He left the industry temporarily between 1999 and 2003 to serve the nation as an elected Member and Principal Officer of the House of Representatives, where he sponsored the landmark Insurance Act 2003 and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers Act 2003. He also sponsored other Acts for the Accounting and Marketing professions apart from being a leading voice for the organized private sector in the House.
Hon. Laoshe served on the Presidential Committee on the Harmonisation of Road Traffic Laws, Ministerial Committee on the Review of Insurance Laws and as the Chairman of the Interim Management Board of the Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation.
Hon. Lanre Laoshe was also involved in the design and placement of the Group Life Assurance scheme for employees of the Federal government since 2005 when plans for compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004, was first initiated. Consequently, Leverage Insurance Brokers Ltd served as sole Coordinators of the scheme in 2008, and also authored the scheme manuals and a booklet on Frequently Asked Questions on the scheme.
In 2010 Leverage Insurance Brokers Ltd was one of the professional advisers and on its own served as interface between the various agencies of government to ensure that the cover runs smoothly and that premium budget is actually released.

Mr. Oduwole joined the Company as a management trainee in 1999 after his graduation and has distinguished himself as an articulate, thorough and efficient professional. His work experience and ability was crowned with the attainment of professional qualification of Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, ACIIN, with flying colours.
He has also attended various local and international workshops, seminars, forums and his experience covers Underwriting, Policy Management and claims issues of all Classes of Insurance. He is a member of Country Club, happily married with children.
Mrs Ogedengbe holds a Certificate in Sports Coaching from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, and a Diploma in Fine Arts from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Higher Diploma in Public Administration from South London College, East Croydon, London. She also holds many certificates in Child Care from many child care institutions in Scotland.
Adeola Ogedengbe is an FMCG, agricultural and real estate entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Eclectia Housing Direct Limited, Eclectia Household Essential Commodities and Eclectia Farms.
Mrs Ogedengbe’s involvement in real estate started in her younger days having learnt the same from her late father, a well knows property manager in Lagos. This experience she later utilized admirably as Housing Officer with the London Borough of Southwark managing over 450 council properties for several years.
An avid sportswoman in her youth, Adeola was a three-time National Junior Badminton Champion and two-time National Intermediate Ladies Singles runner up. She also represented Nigeria under the auspices of the Badminton Federation of Nigeria in Mozambique at the All African Badminton Championship, and at the All African Badminton Championship in Lagos, Nigeria. Her first exposure to many countries like the UK, Portugal, Mozambique, Tanzania and Kenya during her teen years was because of her active involvement in playing Badminton.
Since 2007, she has been involved in a community-based NGO, The Ososun Empowerment Initiative for less privileged women in 53 villages around Ososun. Through this faith-based organization, she works with like-minded people to change lives with the provision of free nursery and primary school education and medical supplies. In addition, the organization is currently building a “Sanctuary For Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Widows and Widowers” for fifty-four villages in Obafemi Owode Local Government, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Adeola is very passionate about children, especially children from a troubled backgrounds. As a Glasgow City Council, Scotland’s registered respite carer, between 2014-and 2020, she cared for many troubled children from various backgrounds and nations in the comfort of her home in Glasgow, Scotland.
Mr. Laoshe joined the company in 2008 after his tutelage in LASACO Assurance Plc. He is the Manager responsible for the co-ordination of general underwriting matters at the Head Office to ensure that our client's risks are presented in the most favorable way possible.
He has attended many workshops and seminars on Insurance.
Mr. Segun's insurance career commenced in 2005 with Vigilant Insurance Ltd. He moved to NEM Insurance Plc in 2007 at their Head Office.
He later joined Mothers Worth Insurance Brokers in 2009 as Technical Officer to gain broking experience.
He moved to Alexander Reisse Insurance Brokers in 2012 as Deputy Manager. Segun joined Leverage Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 2014 to handle Underwriting and claims
